    • We are located in Surrey BC
  2. Do you have a store?
    1. We are an online store, but book consultations via appointment for viewing
  3. Do you have a price list?
    • Please email, DM on instagram, or fill out our contact us form for pricing
  4. Do you have a list of items I need?
    • Please see our "Wedding List" tabs for either girl or boy weddings. This list varies depending on where you are from and your family traditions, so please consult your family. We do not take liability for anything missed, if you feel there are any items missing please advise our team and we can expand on this list
  5. How do we get items?
    • Clients can pickup or we deliver for a fee, depending on city
  6. How long are rentals?
    • Our rentals are daily, you can pickup evening before event (after 6pm) and drop off next day before noon
  7. Is there a charge for keeping items for more then 1 day?
    • Yes, we charge for certain items if you'd like to keep them longer, for some items we do not. This is also dependant on availability as during wedding season we are booked back to back frequently
  8. Do you rent or sell?
    • Depending on item(s) we do both check out our onlinestore
  9. If I want a certain color of item(s) are you able to get it?
    • Yes if given notice we can (approx 1.5 month)
  10. Do you have matching color/designs with jago pots for sticks and chajj?
    • Yes, we have matching chajj, jago sticks with all our jago pots. Most also have matching pakhis
  11. Do your jago pots have lights?
    • Yes, all our pots have LED lights
  12. Are maiyan board designs custom?
    • Yes, all our maiyan boards are custom, we have a graphic designer on our team who designs them
  13. Do your maiyan boards come with rice and what size are they?
    • All our maiyan boards come with rice, up to 4 pouches (additional can be purchased) and all boards are 22x28 inches
  14. What material are the maiyan boards?
    • Our maiyan boards are printed on eco friendly poster board for easy disposal
  15. What size are your wedding signs and can they be larger?
    • Our wedding signs are 22x28 inches, and yes they can be larger at an additional cost
  16. What material are your wedding signs?
    • Our wedding signs are printed on foam board with vinyl
  17. What is included in the maiyan sets?
    • Thaal, thaal cover, glass, garbi, oil bottle, futti, pirri, batna bowl, sweet bowl(some come with coconut, depending on which design you choose)
  18. Is there a cost to reserve items ?
    • Yes, we take a 50% deposit for bookings, and take a damage deposit for all rentals which is refunded back when items are returned in the same condition. 
  19. How do we book?
    • To book you can email us, DM on Instagram, or fill out our contact us page
  20. How early should I book?
    • We recommend as early as possible as wedding season is super busy, and you don't want to miss out on specific color/designs of items
  21. Can we book signage or maiyan boards last minute ? 
    • We charge a $20/per art rush fee for any art needed 10 days or within
